Kid’s Chance Qualifications

Kids Chance is an equal opportunity organization awarding scholarships without consideration of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, or disability. Students may apply at any time, but the application should be submitted at least two months before the scholarship is needed. The Kids Chance board meets at least annually in the spring to consider the upcoming school-year’s scholarship awards. The scholarship will be awarded for a specific period. Each scholarship requires a new application and verification of eligibility; a qualified applicant may reapply for additional periods as needed. Annual scholarship amounts vary based on available funds and applicants’ financial need.
