Kids Chance of Oregon is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing scholarships for children of Oregon workers either severely disabled or fatally injured from an Oregon work injury. Since our founding in 2013, Kids Chance of Oregon has awarded nearly $290,000 to 19 different students and we’re just getting started! We are proud to be a part of a national organization dedicated to supporting the education of children affected by workplace injuries. With a state chapter for all 50 states, Kids Chance of America has helped make scholarships possible for over 10,000 students across the country, with the chapters collectively awarding over $36 million dollars.

At Kids’ Chance of Oregon, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential, regardless of their family's financial situation. We are committed to helping these children succeed by providing the financial support they need to pursue higher education and build a brighter future and are passionate about being their cheerleaders.

Our organization is run by an entirely volunteer based board of directors from the Oregon workers’ compensation community passionate about our mission. We work closely with local businesses, community organizations, and individuals to raise awareness and funds for our cause. Our supporters include a wide range of individuals and organizations who share our commitment to providing educational opportunities to children in need.
